Aldrich Mansion Wedding || Paula and Christian
I’m really going back in time for these blog posts now! Paula and Christian got married in 2014 with their wedding at Aldrich Mansion in Rhode Island. And I can’t believe I never got around to blogging it! It was such a beautiful day at a gorgeous location. I always love historic estates, and this one is no exception. Aldrich Mansion is located just north of Newport, RI right along the Narragansett Bay. It’s a unique venue because there is also a chapel there, so it’s easy to have everything right in the same place!
Paula and Christian had an intimate wedding with just about 20 or 30 guests, which made for a laid-back day. They started the day at a neat new modern hotel in downtown Providence, which was a fun backdrop for some of these detail photos.
Then we headed off to the Catholic Chapel at Aldrich Mansion for the ceremony.
I absolutely am in love with those doors and the architecture at Aldrich Mansion. And of course Paula’s big smile and laugh!

The couple got introduced onto the terrace since it was such a beautiful day, and then went into their first dance. Followed by some very fun and emotional toasts.
Peonies are one of my favorites! I can’t wait until the peonies in my yard start to bloom soon.
