What a fun day for Denver and Greg’s wedding at Dell Lea! I was so excited to get to celebrate with them. And what a celebration it was! The couple have an infectious energy that bring joy to all around them, and this wedding was filled with it.

We started the day at Wind Hill Farm, which is just down the road from Dell Lea, and is a working horse farm that doubles as an AirBNB. It was magical to look out the window and see horses in the fields as everyone was getting ready. Of course there is a little chaos with a big wedding party, but everyone was just so happy to be there to support Denver and Greg. My second photographer was able to hang out where Greg and the groomsmen were getting ready (at Greg’s parent’s house nearby in Bow) and get some fun shots of them too. Divide and conquer!

We got to Dell Lea for the first look and formal photos, and had the most perfect September day, with bright blue skies and big fluffy white clouds, all with the mountains in the background. What a beautiful spot! So glad I finally got to photograph at this very popular wedding venue.

It was so amazing as Denver walked down the aisle this golden glow surrounded her (the sun finally coming out from the clouds!). Then the ceremony, officiated by Greg’s brother, was both heartfelt and hilarious (just scroll down to see the photo of the bridesmaids losing it during Denver’s vows). After the ceremony there was much frolicking in the open fields at Dell Lea, including a little picnic set up with the bride and groom, games on the lawn, cotton candy, polaroid booth and more.

The day ended with basically the most epic dance party I’ve ever seen. I think almost everyone was on the dance floor all night, and you’ll find the photos at the end of this post to prove it. Amazing DJ-ing by Delight Entertainment!

One of my new favorite things! The photo dash - especially when you have the guests come to you on the dance floor. It makes for lots of fun poses and creative ideas for group photos. Much better than the standard table shots!
