Cannon Mountain Wedding || Chris and Allie
It was so special for me to be a part of Chris and Allie’s wedding at Cannon Mountain! I know Chris through a networking group that I used to be a part of, and he has an amazing stoneworks company, Earth’s Echo. Check them out! Anyhow, when he approached me to be a part of their micro wedding at Cannon Mountain, I jumped at the chance. Chris and Allie are avid hikers and outdoors people, so this was the perfect spot for them. They said they wanted to meet me before the ceremony, just the two of them, to get some photos at the top of the mountain. It was so gorgeous on a clear September day, a little bit sunny for middle of the day photos on the top of the mountain but we made it work! I absolutely loved their outfits and the little signs they had to hang from their packs. After we were done on Cannon Mountain, they had their ceremony at a little beach on Profile Lake, where their closest friends and family were waiting.
There is a very convenient tram that goes up the mountain (the Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway), so if you’re not a hiker or a bit wary of the open air ski lifts, this is a great option to get up there at any time of year.
The flowers strapped to the pack is so cute!
There is also an awesome view at the bottom of the mountain at Profile Lake!
After the ceremony we got some family photos and some more couple photos at Profile Lake.
